Common questions
Does it work on every phone?
NFC works on iPhone XR and later and on most recent Android phones. For the rest, the printed QR does the same job.
Can the chip be erased or cloned?
The chip is write-locked in production, so nobody can rewrite it. It holds only an address — no personal data.
What if I lose my card?
Deactivate it from your dashboard and it stops opening your profile.
