Where we deliver
We deliver throughout the Kingdom of Morocco. For delivery outside the Kingdom, contact us before ordering so we can confirm whether it is possible and at what cost.
Timing
Plain cards ship within two working days. Personalised cards, printed with your name or logo, need a further two to three working days to produce. Allow then three to five working days in transit for major cities and up to seven elsewhere. These times are indicative and run from confirmation of the order.
Delivery charges
Delivery charges are shown before you confirm the order and are waived above the amount stated on the order page.
Cash on delivery
Payment is made in cash to the courier when the parcel is handed over. Check the contents before paying, and refuse any delivery whose packaging is visibly damaged.
On arrival
Every card is tested against a phone before it ships. If what you receive does not match your order, tell us within forty-eight hours of delivery so we can deal with it quickly.
If you are not there
The courier makes up to three delivery attempts. After that the parcel is returned to us and the order may be cancelled. A further despatch will incur new delivery charges.
Delay
If there is a significant delay attributable to us, you may ask to cancel the order and be refunded any amounts already paid.
