Terms of use and sale
These terms govern access to the Sharik service and the sale of our NFC cards. They are accepted when an account is created and when any order is confirmed.

Purpose
Sharik provides digital business cards and sells the physical NFC cards that open them. The service includes a free plan and paid plans whose contents and prices appear on the pricing page.
Account
Creating an account requires a valid email address and the legal capacity to contract. Authentication is by one-time code: you are responsible for access to your inbox. An account is personal; team accounts allow a designated administrator to invite members and to access contacts collected on the company's behalf.
Your content
You warrant that you hold the rights to what you publish and that it does not infringe the rights of others. Unlawful, misleading or defamatory content is prohibited, as is impersonating a person or a business. We may suspend without notice a card that plainly breaches these rules and, for serious or repeated breaches, terminate the account.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in dirhams, all taxes included. Cards are paid in cash on delivery or by bank transfer. Subscriptions are paid by transfer and begin when the funds actually arrive. A confirmed order is a commitment to purchase.
Subscriptions and termination
Subscriptions run for the period chosen and do not renew automatically: nothing is charged without a fresh step from you. If a subscription is not renewed the account moves to the free plan; the public card and the contacts are kept and only the paid features stop. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard.

Withdrawal
How to exercise the right of withdrawal, and the cases in which it does not apply, are set out in our returns and refunds policy, which forms part of these terms.
Availability and liability
We take reasonable steps to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for unavailability caused by force majeure, the act of a third party, or a failure of your own connection or device. In any event our liability for the service is limited to the amounts you actually paid in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to it.
Legal guarantees
NFC cards carry the legal guarantees provided by Moroccan law, including the guarantee against hidden defects. These apply regardless of any commercial guarantee.
Changes to these terms
Any change to these terms will be notified to you before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that date constitutes acceptance.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. In the event of a disagreement we will first seek an amicable solution — write to us at the contact address. Failing agreement, the courts of the Kingdom of Morocco have jurisdiction, subject to the protective rules applicable to consumers.
